**GIVEAWAY RULES: BOUNCE BUBBLES PACKAGE**

1. **Eligibility**: The giveaway is open to legal residents who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

2. **Entry**: To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up for the Club Bounce Email List via the entry form provided at the Club Bounce front desk, located at 6285 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90803, between 9 pm and 10 pm  PST on Friday 11/1/2024.

3. **Entry Limitations**: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. **Winner Selection**: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted at Club Bounce at approximately 12 am on 11/2/2024.

5. **Prize Details**: The winner will receive a prize voucher for:
  - One-night stay in a King Jacuzzi Room at the Golden Sails Hotel (subject to availability).
  - One bottle of Champagne (subject to availability).
  - One Bubble Bath Basket (subject to availability).

6. **Notification**: The winner will be notified on-site. The winner must be on-site to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize upon announcement will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. **Redemption**: The prize voucher must be redeemed within the specified timeframe provided on the voucher, subject to availability at the Golden Sails Hotel located at 6285 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90803. The prize voucher has no cash value and is not exchangeable for cash.

8. **Publicity**: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Club Bounce to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. **General Conditions**: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
